This section covers alerts for certain full-text publications available electronically to Minnesota residents via EBSCO databases, which is made possible by eLibraryMN.
Note about newspapers: Minnesota residents can access full-text content in some newspapers via ProQuest, also made possible by eLibraryMN. Visit the library website for specific links to the Star Tribune, Wall Street Journal, and others: www.mndot.gov/library/generalref.html#news.
