Illinois

Mission Statement

It is our mission to provide safe, cost-effective transportation for Illinois in ways that enhance quality of life, promote economic prosperity, and demonstrate respect for our environment. .

Equity Statement

Equity is a core value at IDOT. We are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity while reflecting the communities we serve.
