Guide Encounter

In the wild, policymakers run into issues and entities that can hinder legislation, regulation and manufacture. On the Obstacles tab you can find a summary of benefits and drawbacks of autonomous vehicles. You will even find valuable recommendations, considerations for legalities, and even a little Myth-busting with their top misconceptions for autonomous cars and self-driving vehicles.

Let’s take a walk to some of the other tabs for a comprehensive overview. To the left, in Legislation you can stay abreast of proposed and/or passed bills by congressional committees.

Onward! Everything you need to know about federal, US DOT and international regulations, and state overviews are located within the three tabs following the Legislation tab.  Michigan even fashioned a Connected Vehicle Infostructure Plan that you wouldn’t want to miss, and take a look at Texas DOT’s project, Bringing Smart Transport to Texans.

If you are ready to jump on the CAV bandwagon the next three tabs will give you all the information you need on associations, manufacturers and university researchers to drive your project forward. From AASHTO to TRB and everything in between, you are sure to find a treasure trove of facts and details for your projects.

Finally, do yourself a favor and bookmark the News Sources tab. This is not your everyday news. Here you will see the latest from places like Driverless Car Market Watch and many others.

There is so much more in store for you when you visit the guide at https://transportation.libguides.com/c.php?g=839351
